Omni Charlotte Hotel

Liked how appealing the property was and its welcoming staff from check-in to check-out. The room itself was well-appointed and had exceptional views of all the buildings and property.

The setting was awful.

I've had a fine stay at the Epicenter hotel.

It's brand-new and clean hotel, has stunning location right in the mid of uptown Charlotte close to everything. Outstanding and good looking staff.

the hotel was very upscale with comfy location very close to the downtown action. the outdoor bar was nice and the drinks were hot.

The hotel was functional, staff was always available, the room was absolutely gorgeous. I loved the room, the bed was lovely. The boxed breakfast was nice hot, variety of options. The venue was very close to the heart of Charlotte.

The staff was cool, so I would love to come back. Fairly clean hotel in a top location, fine bed. Plenty of food at breakfast like eggs, bacon and hot waffles.

We stayed here for 1 night and we appreciated the place. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room - immaculate and silent. Generally everything was wonderful, yet the bathroom was uncomfortable.

Hip new & clean hotel, it was in an incredible location, has amicable staff. The property restaurant was good with excellent cuisine.

Incredible property, fairly clean, excellent service and great value. Very central location right by area restaurants and the Spectrum Center venue, Nascar museum, downtown, it was in a great area.

It was an enjoyable experience in a popular hotel. Service-minded staff, extremely pleasant and recently refurbished rooms. The boxed breakfast was good hot : hot waffles, eggs and bacon. Simple check-in and outstanding customer service.

Bright, luxurious rooms, PRIME position. Breakfast was hot, I loved bacon, hot waffles and eggs they served. It was not very far from Charlotte downtown. The staff were ready to help and provided friendly customer service.

Views were very very bad.

The breakfast was light and I loved the fact that the room had a particularly nice view. Before bed I went to Cicchetti for a nightcap, it's close to the hotel.

Silent room, fine beds, cool staff.

Everything in this hotel was lovely: super location and amazingly helpful staff. Booked deluxe king room, it had rustic furniture, large bed and modern bathroom. Service was great too. An easy walk to the beautiful beach...

Everything was pleasant! The staff was amiable and the location was prime - altogether a fun experience. Loved the huge bathroom. Glad that the weather was lovely, so I could enjoy its clean pool.

Very gracious staff, cozy room and handy location. Clean and pet-friendly hotel in Downtown Charlotte district. Plus, it was near uptown Charlotte, downtown, the downtown action. A boxed breakfast was free, included decent dishes. A very delightful stay with a good swimming pool.

Secure hotel, it has fashioned rooms and absolutely perfect location. Satisfactory breakfast, exceptional service. Downtown Charlotte district is worth looking into:)))

Updated rooms, excellent co-operating staff, best possible location - enjoyed it! Exceptionally good view, a little balcony, soft bed, too. Nice service overall.

There is a gorgeous lobby. Cozy and neat room with decent views.

Convenient location; hotel has private parking. Really loved Mortimer's Cafe and Pub, it was just walking distance from the venue and offered nice treats. Pool was great, comfortable to sit around. We would love to go back anytime...

Hotel's location was near main attractions like discovery place science. The Capital Grille, located within 5 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. Of course, we recommend it to friends. We enjoyed omni charlotte❤
